Cell Phone News – Full Flash support to come in Android 2.2 “Froyo,” says Google’s Andy Rubin

Today Google’s vice president of engineering, Andy Rubin, told The New York Times during an hour-long interview that the next version of Android, 2.2, also codenamed codenamed “Froyo,” will include full support for Adobe Flash content. Rubin didn’t discuss when Froyo would be available, but Adobe has said that Flash 10.1 would be shipping on Android devices during the second half of this year.
